What will your responsibilities be?
Your overall responsibility will be to support and advise our rapidly growing business areas with overview, reporting and controlling of accounting data. The aim is to optimize business processes so that investment projects in wind or solar achieve their full potential and ensure the company’s continued growth.
As a Group Business Controller, you help drive performance through accurate analysis, reporting and well-documented data and concrete recommendations. You help ensure that strategic initiatives are translated and made visible in our financial reporting. It is important that you are able to challenge and use your analytical skills to develop and implement processes. You will work across the company and help bridge the gap between the finance function and the individual departments.
In addition to this, your tasks include
Preparation of business cases, decision papers and presentations to management
Preparation and updating of cash flow budgets and forecasts
Translate your company’s financial KPIs into financial insights
Who are we?
The Momentum Group has 150 dedicated colleagues in Denmark and Germany. As a Group Business Controller, you will be based at the head office in Roskilde in the Finance department, where you will be part of a team of skilled, helpful and committed colleagues. You’ll be the driving factor in shaping the company’s financial direction through proactive reporting and collaboration with management.

Who are you?
We expect you to have an economics background, preferably at MSc or HD(r) level, and a few years of relevant experience in business controlling – ideally within an investment and project-heavy company. You are naturally proficient in Excel and have worked with the most common financial systems, and you have a good knowledge of the Danish Financial Statements Act. If you also have knowledge of Business Central, that’s a plus.
We communicate a lot with our stakeholders and colleagues internationally, so it is a requirement that you have good English skills and an advantage if you also have a good command of German. You must be able to collaborate and communicate accounting knowledge in an easy-to-understand way to both business colleagues and management.
