What will your responsibilities be?
As Head of Operations, you have the overall responsibility for Momentum’s operation of wind turbines and solar plants under management – both external customers’ assets and Momentum’s own portfolio. The portfolio covers all countries where Momentum is present, which is currently Denmark, Germany, Sweden, England and France. As Momentum plans for continued growth, the Head of Operations is an important part of developing Momentum’s strategy and implementing it in the department.
The Head of Operations has personnel responsibility for the department’s 8 employees. The employees’ customer portfolios are divided into both private and institutional customers, including Momentum’s own portfolio. You will help ensure that employees manage their portfolio of solar and wind projects in the best possible way, which includes the following tasks
- That Momentum’s business idea, concepts and ethics are enforced
- Optimizing daily processes and coordinating tasks
- Reporting on the status of activities for the department’s areas
- Contract management (analysis, negotiation and contracting)
- Troubleshooting and error handling in collaboration with technical operations managers
- Advising customers in relation to project optimization and project lifecycle
Who are we?
We are 140 dedicated colleagues in Roskilde, Bredebro, Balle and other locations in Denmark and Germany. You will be part of Operations, and you will be part of a team of skilled, helpful and committed colleagues. Your primary workplace will be at our head office in Roskilde, but travel to our other offices in Denmark and Flensburg is to be expected.

Who are you?
We expect you to have an academic background in the fields of business, economics or technical/scientific. You have experience managing a department with skilled and competent employees and are used to setting clear goals for your department. You have excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships across different disciplines and levels in the organization.
In addition, you have a strong analytical and problem-solving approach and experience working in an international context. Experience from similar positions would be an advantage.
